Privacy Policy

We collect account data (Better Auth), proposal content you enter (Convex), transactional email metadata (Resend), billing status (DodoPayments), and proposal inputs sent to Google's Gemini API for generation.

Gemini disclosure: while running on Google's unpaid/free Gemini tier (pre-revenue), submitted data may be used by Google to improve its products — don't submit confidential client data. After revenue, we switch to paid Gemini as the first reinvestment; this page will be updated to reflect the paid data-use terms.

Public proposal links are noindex and expose only explicitly public fields. Delete your account anytime to remove application data; public links stop working immediately. Billing records retained by Dodo are outside our database.

Cookies and storage: we use only what the product needs — Better Auth session cookies (HttpOnly, Secure in production), a theme preference, and temporary form drafts stored in your own browser. No advertising cookies, no third-party trackers.
