Refund Policy

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime via the customer portal; access continues until the period ends and no further charges apply. Refunds for the current period are handled case-by-case within 7 days of charge — contact support with your Dodo receipt. AI generations already consumed are not refundable.
